What you'll be doing
This is a core service delivery role — not a typical call center job. You are the engine that turns interest into revenue.
Homeowner sees an ad
An interested homeowner submits their info through our Facebook or Instagram campaign.
Offered a chance to book
They're immediately offered the opportunity to self-schedule an appointment.
You call un-booked leads
You reach out to leads who didn't book themselves and get them scheduled.
You confirm self-booked leads
You call leads who booked themselves to confirm — and reschedule when needed.
Client closes the deal
The client shows up to a confirmed, ready-to-buy appointment.
What it takes to succeed
What You'll Need
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident phone presence
- Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM / dialer platforms
- Call center, telesales or appointment-setting experience
- Reliable internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Full-time availability for US Eastern / Central business hours
Nice to Have
- Experience in home services or the remodeling industry
- Experience working with US-based clients
